Pickup.
We offer our customers the option to pick up their products if they are located near us (Metepec, State of Mexico) or if we are attending a specific event. To arrange this, simply contact us via our website or WhatsApp, and we will get in touch to finalize the details for in-person pickup.

Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Courier Shipping.
We offer complimentary standard shipping throughout Mexico. You can view alternative shipping options for your order on our website. The shopping cart will display the shipping options best suited to your location; we work with a logistics partner that allows us to offer services from various courier companies. Shipping costs and available options are calculated in real-time as you fill your shopping cart. We believe our rates are very affordable and offer a range of options to meet your needs.
We have selected the courier services that provide the best performance for the types of products we carry.
If a shipment arrives in poor condition, please do not accept it; allow the courier to return the product, and we will handle the rest. Contact us, and we will help ensure you receive a product in good condition while we resolve the issue with the courier service.
Order Processing Times
We make every effort to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that some of our products are manufactured at the time of purchase to avoid material waste; therefore, they may take 5–25 business days to ship. You can view the shipping timeframe in the product description on our website.
Standard Shipping Options
For complimentary standard shipping, please allow 1–2 business days for in-stock items to be shipped. International customers should allow at least one additional business day for processing.

Orders placed on weekends or after 4:00 PM (Central Mexico Time) will be processed on the next business day; this is particularly important for Priority or Next-Day shipping. The next-day delivery guarantee applies from the moment the product is shipped.
International Shipping
We primarily ship internationally via FedEx, though other options are available. For international orders, please contact us so we can provide quotes for various shipping methods. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase due to shipping costs, we will refund your purchase amount.
Please note that the recipient of any international shipment is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees that may apply to the shipment, although our shipping calculation already includes fees and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
