PRIVACY NOTICE

 

Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as "the Law"), we ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained in this Privacy Notice. The mere act of providing your Personal Data by sending it to Nanous Workshop—whether through our websites (http://www.nanousworkshop.com) and/or via any of our email addresses—constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and, consequently, your express authorization for us to process your personal data:

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1. The purpose of this Notice is to protect your personal data through legitimate, controlled, and informed processing, in order to guarantee your privacy as well as your right to informational self-determination.

2. In accordance with Article 3, Section V of the Law, "Personal Data" is defined as: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Nanous Workshop, in accordance with Article 16, Section I of the Law, shall be the Party Responsible for your personal information (Personal Data).

4. Nanous Workshop aims to keep its clients informed and provides various services for this purpose, including—but not limited to—the following: constant communication via email, telephone calls, SMS, and social media regarding events, campaign follow-ups, activities with children, data collection for statistical purposes, newsletter distribution, etc. To provide you with these services, it is necessary to process and, in some cases, transfer some of your personal data.

5. The duration of the processing of your Personal Data shall be indefinite, commencing on the date you provide said data to us; you may object to such processing at any time you deem appropriate.

6.- Nanous Workshop, as the party responsible for processing your personal data, is required to comply with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability protected under the Law. Therefore, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the Law, Nanous Workshop commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding your personal data and to upholding administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect such data against any damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access or processing.​

7.- Pursuant to Article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding the processing of your personal data. You may do so by submitting a request via email to Nanous Workshop (specifically for matters related to the Database and/or Member Services) at [email protected], or in writing at our address located at Mpio. de Tultitlán 71, Izcalli Cuauhtemoc III, Metepec, State of Mexico. In compliance with Article 29 of the Law, said request must contain the following information: a) Your name and address or another means for communicating the response to your request; b) Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the person making the request on your behalf; c) A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned in the preceding paragraph; and d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data. If requesting the rectification of personal data, you must additionally indicate the modifications to be made and provide documentation supporting your request. The response to your request will be communicated to you within twenty business days from the date of receipt; this period may be extended by an additional twenty days in cases established by the Law; ...so that, if deemed appropriate, the measures adopted to fulfill your request may be carried out; said measures will be implemented within fifteen business days following the date on which the response is communicated.
